1. Definitions and Applicability

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Some games may contribute differently towards meeting the wagering requirement — details will be stated on each offer's page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory to claim a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for placing bets.

6. Game Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All ongoing bets should be settled before requesting account closure. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if there has been no transaction for 12 months or more. Accumulated bonuses on an inactive account may be cancelled, however the original deposit will remain protected.
